When you are unable to open the Manage Inventory page (Smart Inventory management) it mostly is due to the amount of products.
Our inventory manager for WooCommerce is loading all products inside a datatable. When you get an error it times out due to the size of products.
Then you can solve it by either:
- Increasing your server PHP memory_limit and max_execution_time values
- Use our built in Excel export / import for product quantity stock management (recommended)
Go to our plugin settings > general > Buttons at the bottom
You may click the button Manage Inventory under WooCommerce and get taken to a white screen with a critical failure message.
In the future we work on a future AJAX loading inventory manager.
